I will never do business with this people again. The owner Lucy Flores is a crazy women. I rented some overlays for my baby shower, brought them back on time and because this lady is always arguing with her assistant they didn't charge me the balance. On Friday of the same week her assistant call me to get payment and because I dint have my card I told her I will call her Monday. Horrible service - Luz Flores turned off her phone after 20 attempts - the driver was over an hour late!!!!
The prices are much better than the rest but they set up late for my wedding and everything else ran behind, you Definately get what you pay for- run away from this place!!!!!!!! Luz Flores was absolutely rude to us, don't bother with this company not serious at all if they can't promise what was on contract signed by both parties- Definately will be taking it to court!
I went to another Party Rental company bit floored with the cost. Checking the internet, I located Celebrations. The company appears to be opening in the Palm Beach County area now, already operating in Broward. I met with Adriana and spoke of a quote. when the dust settled with the Caterer and Alcohol, I took my Fiancee and her girlfriends to the Lake Worth shop to choose colors. DELUXE CELEBRATIONS HAS THE WORST RENTAL SERVICE AND BUSINESS!!! THEY CALLED ME AT 5 PM THE DAY BEFORE MY ENGAGEMENT PARTY TO TELL ME THEY DID NOT HAVE MY SEAT COVERS AND BOWS!!! IN SHORT, THEY DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL.
