I am from Ohio, I recently was engaged over the Thanksgiving Holliday. My fiancé and I have a condo here in town so I decided to make a trip out to Vegas to do my Bridal shopping. In response to Christene's comment: – It has taken us a few days to respond to your comments because we are appalled that you would slander our business like this. We are extremely sorry that the salesgirl who was helping your daughter process a payment was not trained to handle the cash register. It was her first week on the job and would not have been ringing up a payment had we not been very busy in our store at that moment. CELEBRATIONS BRIDAL IS RACIST – A young lady purchasing her first gown should be an awsome experience. Our story makes me cry evey time I talk or write about it. My 17 yeaer old daughter found a gown on the rack, we did not have to order the gown. She went to pick up the gown and was ignored. I called the store while she waited to find out what the issue was. Never have been treated so horribly!!! – WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I've never written a review before. I'm so angry that I got an account to please tell people to stay as far away from this store as possible!!!! I purchased my dress here and initially had no problems. BUYER BEWARE!!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!! – Initially, the experience with Celebrations Bridal was very good until we ran into a problem with one of the dresses and were unfortunate enough to speak with Robert, who was supposedly the owner of the place. Totally shocked by them.... – I called Celebrations Bridal a week in advance and made an appointment to look at Bridal gowns. When I called to make the appointment the girl who answered specifically asked me to go online and select some gowns that I liked and bring my selections with me. Celebrations Bridal is wonderful! – I recently purchased my wedding dress at Celebrations Bridal and it was the best experience I could have imagined. The customer service was excellent and all the employees were very eager to help me pick my dress for my special day, especially Taylor. They were more then helpful and gave me advice on what styles worked better for my body type. WORST SALES EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD – I have never received such bad customer service and cruelty than at this establishment. I ordered my dress over the phone after the girl told me what color it was. I checked in a week later and she had ordered the WRONG COLOR.
