Amazing prices and friendly staff! We preordered balloons for a birthday party. They were ready for pickup exactly when we needed them to be. We could really tell that care and effort went into organizing them into a wonderful arrangement. We look forward to going here for all of our party needs!
Needed some balloons aired up, and for a dozen blown up balloons, it was only $15! Greatest price in town! And it only took 5 minutes or less.
Just threw a baby shower here. The owner is so nice and helpful if you need him and very accommodating. Price was excellent. The party room is so spacious. All tables and chairs are provided, cleaning supplies provided and he had a beautiful cupcake stand he let us use. I’d give this place 10 stars if that we’re an option.
Bruce is a great guy with a good place to have a party indoors without the fear of the weather. Don't forget to contact Always Bouncing and add an inflatable to your party!
I was looking for balloons for my granddaughter's birthday I searched online for helium party balloons in Richmond and found this place. The pictures online looked fabulous but are nothing like what the store really looks like, most shelves were bare. The only person in the store was a guy sitting at a computer in the front as you walk in. He barely looked up and didn't acknowledge me or even speak. Now there's some friendly customer service.
