They are listed on the Ambetter portal, but when you call the office, the doctor is not available, and they don’t accept the insurance. Also, the customer service over the phone was very rude. If their customer service is like this, I can’t imagine how their medical care would be

I'm a very I'll person and lately I noticed I can't even get a sick visit or get my paperwork done for fmla job protection. I choose this location because it's celebration but the doctors are leaving left and right I wonder why. Also if they say someone will call me back lately it hasn't been happening. I asked the manager to call over a month ago and still nothing even with me sending messages through the app . I need a new doctors office who is able to see their patients.
Don't bother--I scheduled an appointment online, received two confirmations that it was booked, then the day before the appointment was called to say they had given my time to someone else and I could rebook for six weeks later! Completely incompetent staff. And no matter how many times they say, "Have a blessed day!," I would prefer they treat their patients with more respect.
