I cannot recommend this company due to my frustrating experience with their condo insurance process. After receiving a quote and paying the premium, I was bombarded with additional questionnaires and requests for photos—while I was on vacation. When I tried to get clarification, my agent was unresponsive and unable to answer my questions because she had never written a policy with this company before.
