Had a great visit. The staff is friendly. Things ran on time. We just needed physicals....
Overall experience was pleasant ! Dr. Toma and the staff were very warm welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Dr. Toma was very gentle and nurturing towards my infant son and she actual cared and took her time with him and us.
I was very disappointed with my experience at the front desk. The staff came across as cold, unaccommodating, and unfriendly. When I asked a few questions, I received short, dismissive answers, and they didn’t even make eye contact or acknowledge me in a welcoming way. I understand that healthcare can be busy and stressful, but a simple smile, eye contact, and a kind tone can make a huge difference—especially in a pediatric office where children and parents may already be anxious. The office is shared with OBGYN but each has their waiting room, decorated for kids our room had sea lions on the wall, Dr.Zulma Pabon is the best I drove about 50mins to this office just to have my son be seen by her. She takes her time to explain to him what is going on and actually has passion and cares for my son and in my book this is 1000/10
