Had my daughters car towed there after breaking down. Over the phone we requested them to do a diagnosis. They confirmed it to be the catalytic converter being plugged. They quoted us over $3000 dollars to replace. We informed them we were going to send it to an exhaust shop to be repaired for just over $1000. Took my Kia soul to this dealership for diagnosis. They removed oxygen sensor to be able to drive car. Completed diagnosis and never put oxygen sensor back. Had vehicle towed to another place to have catalytic converter replaced. Was informed that oxygen sensor was missing. Contacted service department at Kia and they said that they didn’t put it back in and it was put between air box and battery. They refused to pay for new oxygen sensor that had to be put in car. I have now bought 2 cars from them in the last 3 months. Nevada and his management team have been the best I have had and will refer anyone to them. They went to bat for me, worked and reworked my deal to get it to a point that I could afford and still worked for everyone. We love our new cars and couldnt be more happy be their customers. It is definitely worth a visit to see what they can do for you.
