The Office has really gone down hill. They are forcing patients into un-needed appointments, during the pandemic, or else they will not refill your medications that you've been taking for years. They never answer the telephone, no matter what extension you pick. We chose a different doctor whose office treats their patients better.
I’ve been seeing Dr Branford for years. He has saved my life a few times. He is a find man and Dr. he’s PA is great. I trust them and the office staff. There is never a long wait. I will never change Dr.
