Kaylee is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind, patient, and always makes me feel comfortable during my procedures. She takes the time to answer every question I have and explains everything so well. Her knowledge and professionalism are amazing. I highly recommend her! Overall, I had a good experience, but I’m giving 4 stars because some procedures did not meet my expectation. I just tried a new procedure, so hopefully I’ll see at least some results.
I did some research to find a doctor. I first spoke with Cheryl. I spoke with her several time while I was losing weight. Once I lost all the weight I wanted too, I spoke again with Cheryl and I felt confident that Dr. Sylora would be the doctor for me. The staff was all so great. I recently had surgery with Dr. Sylora and I am very pleased with everything.
Kailey was extremely kind and professional. She explained the preparation process for laser surgery, why it is important, and answered any questions I had. She thoroughly explained the surgery procedure and post-surgery instructions. I left her office feeling fully confident and prepared to schedule an appointment for laser surgery to treat my sebaceous hyperplasia, melasma pigmentation and acne scarring.
Mauree does my laser hair removal and is very warm and friendly and does a great job! She is also great at staying on schedule.
