The kiddo is sick. I was looking at reviews and Dr. Richards has rave reviews so I called last minute to see how quick I could get him in. They were fantastic and said they could get us in an hour later with his nurse practitioner, Miss Steph. I'm sure Dr. Richard's is one of the best but after our appointment with his amazing nurse, Steph, we will be coming to see her for our family. My kiddo was so comfortable with her. I just started seeing Dr. Richards because my primary care physician retired and recommended him. I am glad he did! I have been very impressed with the doctor and the office staff. Dr. Richards is very thorough and listens to what I have to say. The folks in the office are very kind and professional. Highly recommend Celebration Health Clinic if you are looking for a new doctor!
I moved back to Texas in November of 2025 and thankfully I found Dr. Jarod Richards. I've been treated so badly by many Dr's and yet he went out of the way to spend time with me and really help me. He got me references to other doctor's quickly. He really is an amazing doctor. He's a great family doctor plus the staff are quick to return calls. I'll only be seeing him from now on. Thank you Doctor for healing to me from my fears of general doctor's in all. Keep up the amazing work.
Over the last 20 years, I haven’t had a primary care doctor. Even though we had insurance, it always felt pointless. I was constantly sent to specialists for the simplest things (like acid reflux), and no one ever really took the time to listen. It’s a scam. I got charged 107 dollars for a general visit that I thought was a checkup. They called it establishing patient care. Asked me to go get my blood drawn somewhere else. There were no nurses to do it onsite. Then asked me to come back for my general checkup. Sucks that there are docs out there doing this but be aware. Office was empty. I should’ve known based off that. Girls at the front desk seemed angry to be there
