We love going to Dr.Richards. He is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Very empathetic as well.
i’ve been going to Dr. Richard since moving back to the DFW area for about a year now and I have to say he is hands-down the best doctor I’ve had. He is so compassionate and attentive as a medical care professional And his staff is always so kind. Stephanie, his nurse is also amazing at bloodwork, which I normally don’t handle well, and she made it so easy!

After years of sharing my concerns about my daughter’s throat with several doctors, Dr. Richards was the first to truly listen. He took the time to research her symptoms and referred her to the right specialist, which ultimately led to the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
