I called because I am in severe pain after tested postive , although understand that they dont have appointment available until 5 weeks from now but they need to teach the people how to answer the phone & deal with patients in pain or frustrated because of the virus , the lady that answered the phone nothing less than very RUDE She dosent deserve to work at a dr office & who ever managing her needs a full class of how to deal with patients. Regret of choosing them as my primary
Friendly staff and good doctors. Only reason I am not giving five stars is because i have had issues with billing.
