Bad customer service
Horrible service
used this service for balloons initially for a birthday, but also found out that they are also a supplier for other function decorations, such as flowers, candles, etc. the owner was extremely kind and provided us recommendations for what to hire, but also colour combinations to create an aesthetic atmosphere for the event! could not recommend more and I’ll be definitely be coming back in the future for my future events :)

Horrible customer service!!! Highly unprofessional and bad customer service!! I was hoping to swap my unopened item for a similar item of a different size and the man that serve me at the counter was extremely rude and communication skills were very poor and unprofessional!! He shouldn't be facing any customers at all, be careful as this store is not willing to help or give refunds or exchange.
