I ordered 2 packs of Encanto plates @ $2.62 each, and 3 packages of Encanto napkins @ $1.99 each, for a total of $11.21 before tax (sales tax is 5.3% in Virginia). And there was free shipping. This order emailed to me has no napkins and shipping for $8.99!I tried contacting them numerous times through their chat link (no response) and called numerous times. Ordered birthday invitations that said they were in stock and would ship the following day. Five days went past with no updates on order shipped. I called customer service and the lady said they were being shipped that day I would get them in 1-2 days. I called back 3 days later they said this item was out of stock and just came back in stock after being put on hold for 20 min then they said they would call back and never did. I ordered everything for my daughters birthday party from here on monday. On Thursday I noticed it still hadn't shipped (the parties on sunday) I call customer service and they inform me that they have had problems with the computer dropping orders and mine simply wouldn't be there in time since it wasn't technically overdue. That there were other people whose orders were late that would be helped first and mine would be put on the back burner.
