I have braces and I went in for a cleaning march 20th and the girl that was prepping me for the cleaning completely broke my bracket off, and then proceeded to cut the wire in half for about 10min just tugging on my cheek with her hands all over my face then said she used the wrong tool and then continued to do it again, I was in so much pain if she didn’t know how to do she shouldn’t have done it.
