The Bernalillo location is worthless, they don't return your calls, scheduling an appointment online is useless and when you show up for the appointment the office was closed. Whats funny is when I scheduled online the dentist listed wasn't even with the practice anymore. When I called the other location on Rio Bravo they could not do an emergency repair as being an established patient in the other office is not recognized. Scheduled 2x here and they couldn't pull up where insurance covered all my costs went again appt at 8am after they spoke to insurance advocate day before said I just needed to show them evidence of coverage which I had printed out and was also all on my phone app..still said we can't see you because we can't see it on our end!!! I have been in pain back and forth speaking to insurance etc insurance spoke to them also girl this morning looked at me with blank face !They don't seem to know how or what to pull up for insurance ... read more
