2 hours waiting for a consultation for braces and we were the first appt of the day and had arrived on time. They had to bring in a doctor from Kansas City for the consult, they don’t have an orthodontist locally. I also found a cockroach walking on the toilet when I went to the restroom. The staff overall were nice. I am fortunate to have private insurance, so I won’t be back as I have plenty more options. I do think the area needed more Medicaid providers for dentistry and I’m glad it’s now there those who depend on it.
Great place got us in and out for sealants and reasonable price.
Dr. M I believe, but I don't remember the nurse(s). 2nd time being here. Had an appointment at 10, arrived at 9:55. Standing there for probably 10 minutes before I get directed to a door that says "ortho patients check in through this door", which I couldn't read because I was around the corner and didn't have my glasses on, plus the door was closed. Dr. M was very nice and made me feel a lot better about getting dental care.
