DO NOT order from this store. Contacted multiple times for an update on my order which was never delivered. Emails were ignored. Goods weren't delivered and no refund was provided. Appalling customer service. Do yourself a favour and stay away to avoid getting scammed!
rocked up for my appointment, all the doors were locked, no one answering the phone, received a confirmation email days earlier, waited for a bit and ended up leaving

Paid for hair care products on 14.12.19 which never arrived. Company has ignored my emails. I have submitted complaints to ACCC and fair trading. Avoid company at all costs
Just leaving another 1 star review after being scammed by their online store. It doesn't matter how good their clinic is when behind the scenes their shady practices are always pulling in reviews like mine. Not shipping orders after months and being completely unresponsive. Get your act together. I was going to think about removing my 1 star review once Fair Trading has forced you to refund me my money but in the spirit of honesty I really think that it's best for everyone if I leave it up.
