Their HVAC technician made a costly mistake that I had to pay for. During what should have been a routine AC tune up, the technician misdiagnosed my unit as needing a new compressor. I questioned how this could be with a fairly new AC unit. Since we needed to get the issue fixed, I went ahead with the compressor service.
