Delicious treats with a beautiful presentation!
My experience here took a turn the night before my order was supposed to be delivered. I reached out to confirm the details and was told the order wouldn’t be fulfilled because my confirmation “wasn’t received,” even though I had sent it on 10/31. No attempt to rectify the situation was made by CEG or Katha. That left me scrambling to find another bakery last minute and paying more just to make sure my event was covered. The products may be good, but the communication and follow-through fell short and put me in a tough spot.
CEG Bakery not only has amazing and talented bakers and business owners, but their customer service is phenomenal. I’m a recent Atlanta transplant from D.C. and was looking to order a birthday cake for my boyfriend. Katha was simply amazing; she is professional and incredibly kind. Ordered lemon bars, cinnamon rolls, and ginger snaps. You can taste the real lemon in the bars, the real ginger taste. So good!!
Saw bakery while walking chose to go in for carrot cake. They did not have any that day but was going to make it another day but was not going be here the next day so decided to get mama‘s pound cake two cookies and a brownie wanted to see if the poundcake would taste like my grandmothers didn’t but still it was okay.
