Went to Cerfalu Internal Medicine with high hopes to find a new good doctor but quickly realized that it was the complete opposite before I even got there they had me fill out a 20-page packet when I arrive to the facility I showed them the packet and they said I didn't fill out my card information I said once I get to know you guys I will give you my card until then my insurance should cover everything, then the front desk receptionist said if I don't put a card on file the doctor won't want me as a patient. We have been going to Dr. Cefalu for about five years, since my son was born. My whole family sees her as our Pcp. She is wonderful! She is very professional, kind, and attentive. Her staff is great, Rochelle and Kelly are amazing. We will stay with Dr. Cefalu for many years to come!
