I hired this company to get my couch cleaned because it was quite moist and filthy. They were on time and completed the job so thoroughly! Even though I had no idea that upholstery could be cleaned, the results were fantastic.
Just want to let you know about how pleased we are with the service supplied by this carpet cleaning specialist. They came out on time and did a very good job at getting rid of the stains on our carpet. The employees are also very friendly and courteous, which is always a plus when interacting with another human being.
To put it simply, they did a fantastic job on my upholstery. In the future, when I need cleaning services again, I will definitely give them a call.
My dealings with this company were superb. They were excellent, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. My couch looks brand new thanks to their excellent work.
The cleaning service was awful from beginning to end. They showed up late, didn’t apologize, and rushed through the work. Many stains were left behind, and the carpet fibers looked worn out afterward. The drying time was way too long, and the smell left behind was terrible. I felt misled by their promises of quality. Customer support ignored my concerns and offered no solutions. Very unprofessional company.
