We've bought a flat off the plan with Ceerose which is now weeks close to completion. After doing the pre-settlement inspection, we've noticed that a detail that had been agreed to via email with Ceerose had been installed incorrectly, which Ceerose promptly agreed to rectify, resulting the change of the whole floorboards of the unit! This only proves that Ceerose lives up to their good reputation and they keep their word, despite what this can cost! Very big leaking problems not solve the problems more than 2 years. Very bad quality.
I recently moved into an apartment constructed by Ceerose. The build quality is close to perfect. For me, what makes Ceerose stand out is their employees. I particularly want to mention Ray. He is such a pleasant person to deal with - incredibly helpful and professional. While performing minor rectification, Ray and his team were kind enough to take the time to offer advice on wall mounting my TV, mirror etc. These guys are always going to extra mile and its hugely appreciated.
