I’ve had two surgeries here now. For starters, Crystal that answers the phone is completely unprofessional and downright rude. Had an attitude since the moment I said Hello. Good luck trying to get proper estimates for billing if you have a procedure. There’s typically 3 bills for the doctor, the surgery center, and the anesthesiologist. None of them communicate amongst each other. I never even got a call for the anesthesiologist prior to my surgery. Stop calling me. I don't have business with this place.
Immediately hung up after calling back to schedule an appointment. The lady was completely rude. Ask me questions about my insurance that I have NEVER been asked before. Not sure why I was referred here but the service I received over the phone I can’t even imagine how it is in person. That lady was so disrespectful.
I went to this location to get allergy testing done and have been getting allergy injections twice a week for the last 3 months. The team is very helpful and quick. I'm in and out for each shot within 10 minutes of the time of my appt usually. I'm also able to set my appts on the MyChart app and it's very easy to use and makes scheduling very smooth.
I received a message from CEENTA about a doctor referral, so I returned the call and the person who answered the phone was so rude. If this is any indication of the type of service I will receive there, then I will go elsewhere. I have already left my PCP a message to let him know I prefer to go somewhere else. There are too many choices from other providers for anyone in that office to be rude. It is totally unprofessional and unnecessary. Maybe she was having a bad day, but guess what; my day wasn’t so great either.
