Receptionist is absolutely terrible. Rude. If you are a business trying to get ahold of the owner, the receptionist takes it upon themselves to make the decisions taking the opportunity away from the actual decision maker. She will interrupt you mid-sentence like a child too good to be respectful, and then hang up on you if she feels like it, giving the company an unprofessional vibe.
