Cedric is amazing to work with. He went all out for my husband and I during our first home buying experience, and was there when we had to sell sooner than we planned. He really takes care of his people during such a stressful process. He will fight for you if things get weird with other agents, he will give honest and helpful advice, and he's fun! All around a great guy, I recommend him to everyone I know now because I want people to be in good hands and that's hard to find these days.
Cedric was great to work with. Super communicative, calm under pressure, and really went to bat for us when some inspection findings came up late in the process. He handled everything professionally and got us a great outcome. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying in the area!
I have had the pleasure of working with Cedric for two home sales and one home purchase. Cedric was amazing! We purchased a home with him that was 2 hours away from him and he was still able to help us and make everything work out perfectly and make the round trip to the home!
