Our church loves this set! A slide cracked about a year after we installed it. They shipped a new one the very same week!! Will buy more add-ins!!!
I will NEVER deal with CedarWorks again. I am an owner of a Montessori Preschool…. wanted to return some items and was told they don't accept returns! NO WHERE on their website, catalog, or invoice does it say return are not accepted. Customer service is terrible. They were unwilling to work with us. Not a good way to do business.
I wanted to post a BIG shot out to the customer service team at CedarWorks, specifically Monica. She immediately responded to my concerns long after the point of sale, CedarWorks holds true to their warranty and obviously takes pride in the company. I would recommend CedarWorks to anyone looking for a great product with an excellent team behind them. 8 years later and I am very happy to say that I choose CedarWorks for our children to enjoy.
