Trying to schedule an appointment is ridiculous. Called and on hold for 8 minutes, line was picked up and the lady sounded nasty, to only hang up on me because she couldn't hear me. . . Total time spent for an appointment, 24 minutes to only be told they do not accept the insurance.

The worst doctor i have ever seen. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, this dr tragott, doesn’t answer any calls, fax, or emails from the specialty pharmacy, so she denies me access to the medication. I doubt her patients at her private practice go thru that. Rarely talks “to” me, only talks to the 2 students in the room about me, and seems disgusted with me when I disturb her with a question about me. Would never recommend and i feel so sorry for the patients that have no other option than to visit this clinic.
