It's a good place to live,but the staff make me question that.Nonetheless,it is affordable,which not every place is. Btw,I see a 5 star review from the head of administration (I know because I live here),so the overall star rating is skewed.

This is good if you are first starting off, or if your a couple. But, the hoops you have to jump through when you want to up grade your place. First you have to fill out a alter a dwelling form, wait for it to be approved and that's even if you are not doing plumbing or electrical. Then when you have an outside contractor come and measure for your new floor they tell you that you have to have it tested for asbestos. Call the office and was told they don't test for that. Living there is not bad....it is the Front Office and Management that are a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!! They are Scam artists who have not one ounce of professionalism in them!!!!!!!!!!!!
