Very dirty apartments these people that live in the apartments have mold and maggots in their carpet they let their dogs use the bathroom in the apartment. They have people living in the laundry room. Very ghetto community not somewhere you would want to bring your children. Landlord never answers the phone. Mold growing underneath sinks in apartments. Worst place EVER I’d rather live in a tent then let them have my money! Also forgot to mention there is lots of drugs in those apartments those people are horrible there.
Though there are some occasional maintanence issues overall its a very nice small community with very nice people. My partner and i have lived here about a year and havent had any issues with anybody at all. Oh and you cant beat the rent!

The apartment was ok. Nothing got fixed. Had to put the screen door on myself. Heater went out in winter. Got one little space heater for a week. They said it was ok. Only got to 45 during the day.
