I noticed a new neighbor moved in and I didn’t know the landlord was going to give them our spot being that was our spot for over a year now next time please tell us that you was going to give our spot to somebody else we literally live downstairs in apartment 61 and it’s not fair it’s like everyone’s setting us up or don’t like us at all this is ridiculous and poor communication
Me and my family been here for 2 years now, the apartment complex is okay very quite, people always staring at you and when I walk to the store , I always feel like the same car always follows me and its creepy. Okay yeah we've been late on rent twice but we pay it on time and we still get a 14 day notice, and I feel like were the only ones who get them
I had a poor experience after moving out of an apartment that is handled by Hall Associates. I am writing this review to warn future tenants of some deceptive practices that they employ in regards to our security deposit. When I first moved in I was told my security deposit is $725 which is equal to 1 months rent. There was no mention that $200 of that is a "non-refundable security deposit". I lived there before we got our house and it was lovely. Maintenance response was quick and sufficient. Friendly staff and clean grounds! Beautiful kitchen!
