Really nice inside and really cozy and all people around are super sweet and there’s always parking!
I have been living in Cedarwood Apartments for 2 yrs and I find maintenance is 100 I called for 1 thing and they renewed other things I didn’t ask about . We’re promp to respond and curtious and knowledgeable and respectful. Management is very respectful and they were very prompt at making a handicap parking spot for me close to my building I have no problems with our apartment community it is clean and a joy to take walks around. In my opinion for an older complex it is very well maintained and I give it 5 stars.
This is easily one of the worst apartments in the Aurora area. They don’t really care about the tenants. Besides the rent being cheap, that’s really the only pro. Cons: basically everything. The staff is barely there during their “hours” so if you need something it’ll be difficult. They also charge you a water bill even though you’re not using a lot. The laundry room is a joke.
