DON T DO IT, UNLESS YOU LIKE NATZI TYPE MANAGEMENT
I currently live in the Swifty Creek Apartments and STRONGLY do NOT recommend living here if you have children who love to play outside. Also if you have morals that include NOT being lied too!!! I feel very dissapointed with the Managers. Being fined 90 because my son is with another child who has a stick, is not acceptable to me in the morals department.. according to the head manager.. My son is quilty by "association" with a boy who was carrying a stick (even tho mine wasnt) and now we have to pay the 90.. well he is cha... read more

I think before management lets renters move in they should think over their decision carefully. It is unfortunate that they choose to let people move in that they really feel will not be able to complete their lease. This is taking advantage of renters and stealing their money. Most people dont have enough money to invest in moving into an apartment and then have to move out before their lease is up and come up with the start up money again.
this is a wonderful place to live. all the people are friendly and work hard to make this a nice place to live. i would tell anyone to give at a try.
I would not recommend this apt complex. They have been taken over by a Property mgmt company which is ruthless. I could no longer afford a 2 bedrm apt and requested to move to smaller quarters. I was not allowed to because of a 12 mo. rental agreement. I had lost my job and needed to leave. No mercy or compassion. I gave 1 week notice and cleaned professionally. They charged me \$1492 after sopping up my \$527.00 deposit. I had been there for 5 years. Greedy,greedy,greedy. And they meet government standards??? No way.Dont mo... read more

Ive lived in this complex for almost 3 years now. Recently, my neighbors upstairs flooded my apartment and I was forced to move out since the apartment is now unlivable. The landlord at Shiloh Glen is forcing me to pay the rent on the apartment, even though I am unable to live there. DONT LIVE HERE!! The landlord is evil and will inspect your apartment at anytime she feels like it. But, if you want to pay for an apartment you cant live in, go ahead!! Good Luck!!!!
