Do not move into this place if you have any alternetive. If you report a maintenance problem you wont get it fixed unless you file a complaint in writing. The owner of this complex is insensitive to the medical needs of the tenents. Even if you have a note from your doctor stating something is beneficial to your mental health you will not be allowed to have it unless there is a law forcing them to allow it.
