don t move here, they look normal in the day time, but at night its loud neighbors, and always some drama going on, police here for something at least 2 or 3 times a week, it is not a good place to live, if you like quite forget it, all of the normal people who move her either break the lease or move after the year is up. there is always buggies in the parking lot that the residents take from kmart, and publix, it is very getto here....

This place sucks! These apt are not safe at all. My apt was broken into by the people who run the place or druggies. The five months i lived there my neighbors told me it was a bad place i should leave A.S.A.P. in the 5mon time span that i lived there i discovered bed bugs, a murder and to top it all of my apt was distroyed and up to 5,000 of jewlery is gone. They are trying to charge me for damages done to house even though it wasnt me as well as a 1500 fee for breaking the lease for being scared for my life! I was promised... read more
DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!! They dont tell you the price is only for a year. If you have any questions Maria (the manager) does not any answers. She keeps changing the price of things. If you pull out of the deal after giving a deposit - it will take an act of congress to get it back. Empirian Property Management runs the place and they do not answer the phone or return calls.
