I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Melissa Grudic- she is professional, courteous, and understanding- she genuinely comes across as someone who cares and took the time to listen to me, would highly recommend her.
Was offloaded to outpatient almost immediately. A month and a half of appts. Therapist did not listen to me, seemed ready to refer out anyway she could. Collected the insurance and gave me frankly nothing in return. My only consolation is that they only wasted a month of my time and not any longer. My advice is if you feel like you may not be heard by certain individuals, I would trust your gut and request a therapist who may be more empathetic to you personally.
