Great company to work with!
I was a customer at Van Mall storage in Vancouver, WA for almost 11 years. September of 2021 I no longer needed their services. I was owed a refund which was supposed to be handled by CedarTree Management. I have waited four months and contacted Van Mall Storage ( who have been great) and CedarTree about this refund. CedarTree keeps telling me they sent out checks but they must have gotten lost in the mail! This is BS! I have lived at my current address for six years and none of my mail has been lost!!
