I had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is well maintained, and the management team is professional and responsive. Special thanks to Catelin (Manager), she was always the first to help whenever we needed assistance and was very supportive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment.
Lived here for 6 years and was very happy. Very safe neighborhood and convenient access to public transit, grocery, etc. never had any issues and the management is very friendly and helpful.
I've been living here for about a year. No big issues and management is quick for any problems and very easy to get in touch with. Property got a new owner a year or so ago and they rebuilt all the balconies and replaced the windows in all the apartments so that was pretty cool. I wish there was a community grill.
Forces you to basically not be able to use your "balcony" for extra things. If you're a minimalist, okay place to live. If you have a family and have things, find somewhere else.
It used to be a nice and quiet place to live but management recently changed and can't seem to hold things together anymore. In the last couple months I've been threatened with fines and threatened to have my car towed from the private lot. In both cases I had done everything right and the landlords were wrong and the reason the threats kept coming is because they couldn't be bothered to update their computerized rent system or didn't know how to use it. Sad, really.
