I’ve been living in these apartments for 6 1/2 years before they were even Mission Hills. 4 years since Mission Hills management has taken over, me and my family have not been treated fairly. For eight months at a time, me and my family were being awake and nonstop by our upstairs neighbors from 2 to 3 AM every day after eight months they finally did something about it. I had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is well maintained, and the management team is professional and responsive. Special thanks to Catelin (Manager), she was always the first to help whenever we needed assistance and was very supportive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment.
Lived here for 6 years and was very happy. Very safe neighborhood and convenient access to public transit, grocery, etc. never had any issues and the management is very friendly and helpful.
I've been living here for about a year. No big issues and management is quick for any problems and very easy to get in touch with. Property got a new owner a year or so ago and they rebuilt all the balconies and replaced the windows in all the apartments so that was pretty cool. I wish there was a community grill.
Forces you to basically not be able to use your "balcony" for extra things. If you're a minimalist, okay place to live. If you have a family and have things, find somewhere else.
