Forces you to basically not be able to use your "balcony" for extra things. If you're a minimalist, okay place to live. If you have a family and have things, find somewhere else.
It used to be a nice and quiet place to live but management recently changed and can't seem to hold things together anymore. In the last couple months I've been threatened with fines and threatened to have my car towed from the private lot. In both cases I had done everything right and the landlords were wrong and the reason the threats kept coming is because they couldn't be bothered to update their computerized rent system or didn't know how to use it. Sad, really.
I used to stay with my friend in this apartment and they are not good, I found carpet beetle issues and water leaking from the top floor.
The community functions at the whims of the community managers since there is no other point of contact you can communicate with or cc to the emails. The current community manager does not bother to respond to emails or send acknowledgements, etc. We were close to our move out date when the screen of our patio door got pushed out of its track/bracket.
