I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I have been going to Dr. Battig at Cedarside for about 14 years. No complaints at all! He is a very gentle person with the animals and so sweet! He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Always, always, ALWAYS has a smile on his face. No matter how many dumb questions I ask, he always takes the time to answer them thoroughly! Both Drs. are knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. When we first went there with two freaked out young puppies who flattened themselves to the floor and would not budge, they were great. They showed no annoyance whatsoever but instead gently put the animals first, even though this took up way more time than any of us had anticipated. Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely!
