While I like seeing Dr. Ariel Moradzadeh, dealing with the rest of the office admin staff is a problem. It's very difficult to get them on the phone, and you often will wait on hold for over 10 minutes, and then it rolls to voicemail. Messages must end up in a black hole, because no one will ever call you back. I've been trying to get a follow up on an issue for over a month, and left multiple messages, but no one ever returns my messages. You just have to keep calling, and hope that you actually get someone on the the phone... read more
Appointments take forever. A whole month. Also scheduling initial appointment the office booked wrong day so had to wait another month. 🤔 hard to find help I guess
