I think they must be under staffed. Had an appointment. Waited over 2.25 hours to see the nurse practitioner for abdominal pain. Maybe ER would have been better or worse. Don’t know
I am here on vacation and had a problem with a swollen leg. This location is close to where I’m staying. Nice clean facilities, friendly staff. I was a walkin on a Sunday and the wait was reasonable.
I recently cut my hand. I stopped by to ask if I could get a bandage and alcohol wipe. The lady at the check in desk was so rude and nonchalant . Told me she couldn’t get me a bandage, and if I wanted to get one I would need to make an appointment to be seen or go to the CVS downstairs and buy one. I was completely appalled by the lack of care over a simple request especially at a health care facility.
Knowledgeable, efficient and professional! I highly recommend Cedars Urgent Care, Playa Vista!
My wait time was quick, staff is great and doctors listen to you.
