This has been my experienced which happened twice when I went here for my Annual Health Checkup which is 100% covered by my insurance. 2026 - After my post, the outstanding balance went to $0 and came back again now saying the amount is overdue. Seriously this is pathetic service. We scheduled an appointment, and have been waiting for over an hour. The receptionist said that over 2 hour waits are typical, and we should expect to wait more. The facilities are nice, and staff is friendly, but prepare to wait far past your scheduled appointment time.
Dog bite
Waited almost 3 hrs to see a doctor. They sent in a Nurse Practitioner. I’ve been in the room now for almost 45 minutes and no one has come. Unnaceptable.
