The staff is very nice and help, I always get the best care when I come here
To the staff working here: if you are simply there to rush through the day, collect a paycheck, and treat patients as an inconvenience rather than human beings seeking medical care, you should not be working in healthcare. Cedars-Sinai should seriously reevaluate whether individuals who show this level of incompetence, indifference, and disregard for patient well-being belong in any patient-facing medical role. 2 hrs 45 mins w an appt. Never.again. Beware of pricing. $919 for 2 mins w the Dr and a Rx. Disgraceful.
We called ahead and told to park in the back. We asked for a wheelchair since there was a family member who had just broken their ankle. A wheelchair was never provided and we had to leave without medical care.
