had to call back - as was called after appointment and advised I had tested positive for a virus...without being advised what meds to take or if I were contagious...when I called back and asked if it were okay to contact the doctor to review my file..the gatekeeper became passive aggressive stating "it's hard to follow you." instead of responding in kind to simple questions....that's close to defaming my character for asking an appropriate medical question. 1st and last visit. follow this....gatekeeper was rude and doctor ... read more
