If I could leave 0 stars I would for the administration. The staff members have left numerous messages both on my CS link, but also VM's and I spoke with staff members. This all pertains to my lab results which were perfect. Apparently one doesn't communicate with the other and no one noted I've been informed. The calls & VM's continued. Calling the office back is another nightmare. No one answers and my messages to the supervisor were not returned. Finally waited 17 minutes to speak with the supervisor.
Been coming here for years!! Dr. Hoffman is the best! One of the best doctors in LA ! Genuinely cares, explains in detail, Always available- I mean always. You text him on the cs app , he replies same day! Never over treats , upfront honest and great bedside manned! goes above and beyond. His staff there is amazing as well- Sina is so kind and helpful!! Easy free parking. Fast lab results. Efficient !! Hardly any wait time! As a healthcare provider myself , I cannot recommend them enough!!
They never answer their phone. I have been calling for the past three weeks. I've left multiple messages, and no one returns the call.
