Cannot thank the pre op, post op and emergency staff enough for taking care of my daughter. Her gallbladder had to be removed after 5 days of vomiting and many visits to different ERs. Nurses Elvin Rodeo and Tiffany Alejandrino and the nurses in the pre op were amazing, caring, professional, awesome and always ready to help beyond our expectations. Thank you very much!
They subjected my brother to mistreatment. Once his insurance lapsed, they disconnected all the cords and forcibly discharged him. The realization that this is how humanity operates was profoundly disheartening. Witnessing my mom's tears and his subsequent struggle with depression added to the sorrow. I implore for improvement! He didn't opt to be there; it was the insurance that directed him. In the year 2024, let's strive to treat each other with the dignity befitting our shared humanity.
