I was not informed transparently about the charges that would occur during the procedure, even though I was asking clearly before the appointment. I then received an unexpected bill in the mail. Trying to clarify on the phone with the staff, they said 'Adios' and hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional, avoid

Made an appointment for my son for May back in January. Just got a text message the appointment got cancelled and rescheduled for July which does not work for us. We now have to wait until August. No explanation, no accommodation. Very frustrating

My experience at/with Cedars BH Ent offices / Dr. Lee was a pleasure and a breeze in every moment I was under their care. I felt so comfortable and at ease during the entire process. Communication was also excellent via text app/email/phone. The excellent responsiveness of the staff was incredibly reassuring. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.
