The payment system needs quality control. I tried paying a $28 bill by phone and online and both were an absolute glitchy headache. Ridiculously long and complicated account numbers and verification codes — then when I called to speak with a customer service rep I simply gave up and hung up after a 20min wait. You need a no login, fast and easy payment option. It should not take me 45min to pay a $28 bill by phone or online.
