I was very disappointed with our visit. The doctor did not seem serious or attentive about treating my son's condition. He was experiencing skin irritation from the prescribed medicine, her reaction was that she did not have other alternatives for us. The overall visit felt rushed and not very thorough. In addition, the front desk staff was not very friendly. Wouldn't come back here for sure.
Highly Professional and Technologically Advanced. It was hurting me a lot to swallow and I lost my voice so I called this place and they were able to get me in a few days later. Some places I called were weeks or months away. I saw Dr. Peterson and she was very nice and very knowledgeable. She was also able to put a camera through my nose hole to the back of my mouth so we can see the problem, it was very cool. I definitely recommend this place.

I feel like the doctor minimized my concern or didn’t take me seriously when I returned with my issue unresolved. I then went to a new ENT who promptly diagnosed and treated me correctly and I was significantly better within a few days. Ultimately, I sought out Cedar Sinai because of their reputation and the resume of the provider, but that did not pan out for me. No doctor is perfect and I’m sure they’re good in other ways, but I hesitate to go back.
