When unforeseen circumstances required me to cancel my trip, they refused to cancel & refund despite over two weeks notice. I know they will make double on this room by renting it out again. As I was making reservations, I chose those that would allow canceling. The non- refundable terms were very well hidden

Can I give it a lower rating? I don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled. When I made reservation, I told them wanted to pay cash, by time I arrived they charged my card. The first room we got was filthy and disgusting. It smelled so bad, like a swarm of wet dogs had rolled around, they had windows open and fan running. The floors where dirty, nothing was clean. Owners dogs barking, mattress uncomfortable, room smelled old. Frig worked great.. towels were thin and small.. loved the town though... And Charlie's restaurant (next door, different owners) was awesome food and total coca cola memorable..
Accommodations were average at best. Many extension cords in room to plug in lights etc. mattresses were uncomfortable, could feel lumps. Microwave didn't work😩. Hotel was walking distance to wedding venue which was nice. Many out of town relatives stayed 2 to 3 nights so it was tolerable even though a little lacking. It was a short stay but it was where my husband and I stayed for our wedding night. It was so close to the venue. Loved it
Great location, clean rooms, and wonderful staff. We have started here many times and each time we love it! Only hotel we'll stay at when heading to Crystal Mountain or White River Amphitheatre!!
