I'm very happy with Cedar North Sleep. I was refered to them by my dentist to get a new sleep apnea device. Dr. Benita Tong's quality of service and care was evident from the first appointment I had with her and her staff. Now have a new device that I really love and am sleeping 1000% better. Additionally, she really went above and beyond for me. This review is not from Mike Reisman, but Marla Reisman his wife. I've been using Dr Wongs past and present for over 40yrs. I'm mostly impressed with his professional skills and clinic . The same goes for his staff. The staff and Dr Wong are like family. You can't go wrong with this Dentist and staff. I go to his office at least every 4 months. Keep up the great work and yes, I did floss today.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for 7 years and the past year has been nothing but hell from here. Dr. Wong has developed an attitude in which you don’t feel heard when expressing your concerns. He is running behind, rescheduling, and I have had a broken tooth for a month now because of a composite bonding error he made. He was very dismissive and was frustrating trying to fix what he did wrong. Never going to this place again.
