Kyle Hill is the most responsive and understanding landlord I’ve ever worked with and very professional and sweet. Mitch from maintenance is punctual and gets the job done. Any issue I’ve had, the work order goes in and Mitch comes out to fix it. He will also follow up on his work to make sure everything is working as it should. The maintenance crew is amazing; they’re always timely, consistent, and professional.
Highly recommend! The townhomes were recently remodeled which is great. Our apartment manager Kyle Hill, is excellent at his job. He always reply instantly and is very nice, professional, and helpful. The construction manager Brian was also super nice and whenever something needed to be fixed was super responsive and helpful. Always nice to live at a place that has great staff!
