Thank you to the maintenance employees (Bryan, Daniel and Jose) who make sure we are all comfortable, safe and happy. Also to Bryan and Kyle for being so responsive to their tenants needs
Very horrible experience with the whole Amherst townhomes LLC/cedarland housing group since they took over 2 years ago they evicted all current tenants and raise the rents and it's supposed to be affordable housing very unprofessional and heartless I wouldn't recommend renting from them
I’ve lived in their apartments in Buffalo area for 2 1/2 years. Beautiful apartments. Every time I’ve requested help with maintenance they were there the next morning! Our building manager Kyle was amazing as well. He was always answering my question's and helping me….and I’ve had a lot it being my first time in my own apartment! I’m grateful for all their help!
We’re renting an apartment from these folks. Property was clean upon arrival, staff is friendly and professional. Rent/property management seems user friendly since you can just do it all online. 5/5 would recommend
5 Stars for the Property Manager, Doran. I moved in November and the application process was easy and quick. He was very responsive and answered any questions that I had. The property is consistently looked after whether it is the Hallways, Laundry Room or the Dumpsters. It takes a lot to have patience for this kind of job and he has just that and more.
